Write to Hangxiety
A real inbox. If a page is wrong, thin, or not what you needed, tell us.

Email hello+hangxiety@mindtastik.com.
Use that address. We read every message. Write if a page is wrong, unclear, or missing the next step you came looking for. Write if a source looks stale, a link is broken, or you want a hangxiety topic we have not covered yet. Include the URL. That is the fastest way to get a fix on the site.
What helps us reply well
- The page URL, if the note is about a specific guide
- What you expected, and what you found
- Whether we can use a short correction on the page
What we can help with
Corrections, questions about how the guides are written, press or partnership notes, and feedback on the tools we are building: tracking, cravings, meditation, breathing, and the morning-after spiral. If you found this site useful, or you bounced because a page failed you, say so. Quiet mailboxes make worse sites.
What email cannot do
We cannot diagnose, treat, or walk you through withdrawal. This is not a clinic inbox. If hangxiety lasts past the hangover, or drinking is hard to stop, talk to a clinician. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
A person reads the mail. There is no ticket bot and no same-hour promise. Still write.
